1. Get Vaccinated!
I was never a believer of the flu shot but after having a job working with seniors, and having our daughter, i realized how crucial it is. You're not only protecting yourself but you're protecting your loved ones, and everyone else around you!
2. Wash those hands!
SO important, Wash your hands non stop. Keep hand sanitizer in your car, your purse, your gym bag etc. The average person touches their face over 3 times per hour, so you can imagine all the germs your transferring to yourself!
3. Keep a clean home!
Clean all frequently touched surfaces every day! During my morning cleaning routine, i take my Norwex Antibac cloth around my whole home and wipe down door handles, light switches, coasters, surfaces, buttons etc. Cleaning is one of the best ways to prevent!
4. Cough and sneeze properly!
Cough and sneeze INTO YOUR ARM. Not your hand! Yuck!
5. Stay away from sickos!
If you know of someone who currently has the flu, then stay away from them! Same goes for you. If you're sick, then STAY HOME!
